Is the house in the flood plain? The house is not in designated flood plain |
What work does it need? The house is generally in poor condition it was lived in like squatters. The electric meter is pulled and the plumbing it not on. I did not see roof leaks or what I would consider major structural issues |
What utilities are there? I was told it was on well water, but I did not locate the well. The utilities map shows a public water line on the 2 lane road at the end of the driveway. Septics are underground and I wouldn't have any information on it. |
Is anyone living there now? I have a court order for possession. I reported the squatter to the police. She was supposed to be arrested. As of May 17th she was not there and I did not see evidence of her. |
What does it use for heating and cooling I dont know. I didnt see central air or furnace, there was a wood stove in the living room |
